Terms of Service
1. Payment
All commissions require full upfront payment.
Work will begin only after you submit the request form and complete the payment through the PayPal invoice.
2. Turnaround Time
The average turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks to 1 month after payment.
For Key Art type commissions, the time may extend beyond 2 months depending on the requested quality and scale. This will be discussed and agreed upon during the application and payment stage.
3. Delivery
The finished artwork will be delivered to the email address provided in the Google Form.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect email address, I will contact you via Instagram DM.
4. Revisions
Revisions are only available during the sketch stage. No changes can be made after this stage.
However, for Key Art commissions, minor adjustments such as color correction or small details are allowed after completion. Larger changes will require an additional fee.
5. Currency
All payments are processed in USD.
Payment is considered complete only when the full amount has been received in the artist’s PayPal account.
6. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund if the commission is not completed within the stated timeframe.
Refunds are not available once the artwork has reached the lineart stage or after the final file has been delivered.
7. Personal & Commercial Use
The artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, reproduction, or publishing beyond personal purposes requires prior permission and a separate agreement.
Company commissions are handled only through a separate contract and not through standard commission requests.
The artwork may not be used for AI training datasets or any generative AI purposes.
8. Cancellation
I reserve the right to cancel a request at the application stage if the subject is beyond my capability.
I may also cancel the commission without explanation in cases of repeated disrespectful behavior. In such cases, a full refund will be issued and the commission will be terminated.
The following content is not accepted:
▶AI generated content or editing requests
▶Hate or offensive artwork
▶Excessive gore or extreme violence
▶Explicit sexual acts or nudity (suggestive or sexy themes are allowed)

A flat color illustration featuring one character with a simple background included.
